The Grand Sport is Z51 Stingray sharing much of the wide body work of the Z06 (except the hood) with the Z51 LT1 dry sump engine.
On a Corvette, 2LT refers to a mid-level trim package that adds a significant number of premium features over the base 1LT model. These upgrades primarily focus on enhanced comfort, technology, and safety, including features like heated and ventilated seats, a 14-speaker Bose sound system, a head-up display, and advanced driver aids like blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert.
The Grand Sport will be offered with all the Stingray's exterior and interior colors and a Heritage Package will be offered which includes the hash mark fender graphics in six different colors with the hash mark detail carried into the interior with matching aluminum trim.
The Magnetic Selective Ride Control option for a 2017 Corvette is an adaptive suspension system that provides a more comfortable ride on normal roads and firmer, more responsive handling during spirited driving or on a track. It uses a magnetorheological fluid in the dampers, allowing the suspension to adjust its stiffness in milliseconds to respond to road conditions and driving style. The option was not a standalone feature for all trims and was often bundled with other performance packages, such as the Z51 Performance Package.
